Finals....good or bad??

Hey I'm interested in everyones thoughts here so please tell me what you think becuase I personally think that finals is just a form of torture. I mean why do we need one huge test over everything at the end of each semester I mean what good does it do??

I really don't like finals.... it is really just a waste of time they could be teaching us something useful....
Then again I guess they need to make sure we learned all of it.
